This bottom-fermented beer, fermented at low temperatures in a traditional open vats. As with many dark beers, long aged. The recipe comes caramel malt, roasted in Fortuna brewery and natural honey. The aroma of this beer is a combination of sweet honey and roasted dark malts, also in balance on the palate. The taste is accompanied by a properly adjusted hop bitterness.
