Gift voucher terms

DRAFT — document in preparation. The Polish version is binding.

1. Vouchers are issued by SMARTBREW sp. z o.o., ul. Szlachecka 4 lok. 35, 03-259 Warszawa, Poland (KRS 0001135967, NIP 5243021565), which runs TAPROOM Wilanów, Aleja Rzeczypospolitej 4, 02-972 Warszawa.
2. A voucher can be used at TAPROOM Wilanów for products available on site and to take away. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. A voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase; the expiry date is shown on the voucher.
4. A voucher can be used in parts until the balance runs out. Any balance left after expiry is not refunded.
5. The voucher is payable to the bearer: whoever shows the code can use it. Please keep the code safe, like cash.
6. Alcoholic drinks are sold only to adults — including when paying with a voucher.
7. A consumer may withdraw from the voucher purchase within 14 days of buying it if the voucher hasn't been used; the refund goes back by the same payment method.
