An Italian holiday in a glass. Inspired by classic limoncello, this beer captures its bright sweet-and-tart lemon character. The base is a light Gose with a slightly elevated salt level that balances the citrus acidity and enhances the fruit profile. Cold-added lemon juice brings fresh citrus aroma along with natural sweetness and vibrant freshness. A bright barley and wheat malt base lets the lemons take center stage. Refreshing, crisp and exceptionally drinkable. ___ Włoskie wakacje zamknięte w szkle. Inspiracją dla tego piwa był klasyczny limoncello – słodko-kwaśny likier o intensywnie cytrynowym charakterze. Bazą jest lekkie Gose z wyraźniej zaznaczoną słonością, która równoważy cytrusową kwasowość i podkreśla owocowy profil. Sok z cytryn dodany na zimno wnosi świeży aromat oraz naturalną słodycz i rześkość. Jasna baza ze słodu jęczmiennego i pszenicznego sprawia, że cytrusy grają tu pierwsze skrzypce.
